Library Assistant Leave Coverage

Waynflete is seeking a friendly and tech-savvy Library Assistant to cover a 4-week parental leave in our school library (beginning mid-March). This is a temporary, part-time position of up to 24 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.

• Assist students and staff with locating and checking out resources
• Support library organization, shelving, and inventory
• Help with basic administrative tasks and resource management
• Prepare new books for circulation
• Troubleshoot printer/photocopier issues
• Foster a welcoming and supportive library environment

• Experience in a library or educational setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
