Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in the execution and delivery of technically complex biosolids projects.
  • Lead the planning and engineering design of water infrastructure projects focusing on biosolids technologies, with a focus on opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Collaborate with global biosolids practice leadership and energy recovery teams, as well as research and innovation groups in developing and deploying innovative technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, market knowledge, technical understanding of biosolids processes, business acumen, and a track record of client relations and account management.
  • Support clients and project teams to deliver quality, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Market knowledge related to biosolids and water infrastructure.
  • Technical understanding of biosolids processes and related treatment technologies.
  • Business acumen with the ability to develop innovative solutions and pursue new opportunities.
  • Successful history of client relations and account management.
  • Experience in planning and engineering design of wastewater infrastructure projects, ideally in the Mid-Atlantic region.
