DOT, Maine Turnpike Authority, and other state DOTs in New England and other local agencies. • Plan and manage all aspects of project development for transportation‑related projects, including deliverables, project schedules, and budgets.
• Independently coordinate the work of engineers and balance the project delivery team throughout the entire project's development.
• Establish client relations and be involved with marketing and proposal development, contractual matters, design, and internal and external meetings.
• Serve in the role of Office Leader, overseeing daily operations/functions of the office.
• Engage with industry organizations in Maine and other states in New England.
• Proficiency and experience utilizing software applications (e.g., Micro Station, Open Roads, Civil‑3D, etc.) with minimal to no guidance.

• 10+ years of related experience
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• PE licensure in ME
• Experience with MaineDOT
• Experience with Maine Turnpike Authority and Maine municipalities is a plus
• A sound knowledge of AASHTO and Maine

  DOT Locally Administered Federal Aid project process for highway and bridge projects a plus
• Quality control, quality assurance, and project management experience is required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational skills
