Inspect to AWS D1.1, D1.5, D1.8, ASME IX, or API 1104 as required; witness welder qualification tests; review WPS and PQR; sign inspection reports relied on by the engineer of record and building official.
Qualifications include current AWS CWI with 2+ years inspecting; working knowledge of the codes listed; ICC steel and bolting
