- Lead a diverse group of sales professionals to foster a culture of high performance, engagement and talent development.
- Manage and coach the team to develop and execute high impact territory business plans for leading products and win for the patients.
- Continuously develop and demonstrate business, clinical and access acumen to compliantly guide the team to capitalize on opportunities in a highly competitive, dynamic environment.
- Connect and collaborate with internal and external customers to identify challenges, opportunities and solutions.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two (2) years of successful management and/or supervisory experience.
- Five (5) or more years of documented successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience in a competitive environment.
- Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Reside within the geography or be willing to relocate to it.
- Knowledge of the Immunology/Dermatology field.
- Knowledge of institutions in the district.
- Knowledge of access and fulfillment processes for biologic therapies.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $141,000 to $212,000 and includes a company car through the company’s Fleet program. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
