- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
- Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with internal teams, including managed care and medical communications, to drive product acceptance
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams while building trust among peers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required
- Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic therapies
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP, Veeva)
- Ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
- Results‑oriented with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
