What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
  • Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including managed care and medical communications, to drive product acceptance
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams while building trust among peers
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic therapies
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP, Veeva)
  • Ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
  • Results‑oriented with a strong entrepreneurial attitude
