In this role, you’ll support clients across Portland and surrounding areas, filling in when needed and bringing comfort to families who rely on you. If you like variety and making a difference, this role is perfect for you.

As a Full-Time Caregiver (PSS), you’ll provide in-home personal care, companionship, and light homemaking services to clients across Portland and surrounding areas. You’ll also fill in when other caregivers are out — giving you steady hours while making a big impact for clients who need you most.

When client care hours fall short, you’ll still be paid for shadowing, training, or office support to meet your weekly guarantee.

• Weekdays + occasional weekends between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• At least 25 hours/week guaranteed (with potential for more)
• Occasional daytime on-call coverage (you’ll be compensated for your time and fully supported)
• Major holidays off unless you choose to work

• Travel within Portland and surrounding service area
• Assignments may be up to 1 hour away
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile

• 1 year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or facility)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
• Able to pass a background check
• Compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility

• $23/hour guaranteed (25 hrs/week minimum)
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.70/mile
