For a limited time, Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part‑time positions. Maine Health's Access Center is looking to add a Patient Service Specialist to their team! The Access Center is a call center environment supporting multiple Maine Health Primary Care offices. This is a fast‑paced role providing support to patients, physicians, and other team members. Six months of medical office experience is REQUIRED for this role.
The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Monday‑Friday 8AM‑5PM
- Onsite training in South Portland or Waterboro
- Hybrid flexibility after a training period
- Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. - License/
