Schedule: 32 hours/week | Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Fully onsite

Maine Health Sleep Medicine – Portland is seeking a Patient Service Specialist (PSS) to join our growing, patient-centered team.

  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule: 32 hours/week with flexible scheduling options
• Work Setting: Fully onsite at our Congress Street location
• Team Environment: Friendly, motivated, and growth-oriented team

• Process incoming patient
  referrals
• Provide
  check-in and check-out coverage as needed
• Support
  patient scheduling and ensure a smooth front-desk experience
• Assist with general
  administrative duties that support our clinical team

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED preferred.
