Patient Service Specialist (PSS) – Full-Time (Day Shift)Location: Maine Health Sleep Medicine, Congress Street, Portland, ME
Schedule: 32 hours/week | Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Fully onsite
Maine Health Sleep Medicine – Portland is seeking a Patient Service Specialist (PSS) to join our growing, patient-centered team.
Position Highlights- Office
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Schedule: 32 hours/week with flexible scheduling options
- Work Setting: Fully onsite at our Congress Street location
- Team Environment: Friendly, motivated, and growth-oriented team

- Process incoming patient
referrals - Provide
check-in and check-out coverage as needed - Support
patient scheduling and ensure a smooth front-desk experience - Assist with general
administrative duties that support our clinical team
