For a limited time, Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Patient Service Representative (PSR)
Maine Health - Nephrology
Location: 1600 Congress Street, Suite B, Portland, ME 04102
Schedule: Full-time, consistent schedule
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m.
Remote Work: No - onsite position
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Nephrology practice by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position is responsible for greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of general office duties to support patient care and clinic workflow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients in a courteous, professional manner
- Answer and appropriately route incoming telephone calls
- Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic calendars
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
- Support clinic operations to ensure a positive patient experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certifications:

Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
