Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and service-oriented Lobby Attendant to support first shift operations (7:00AM - 3:00PM), Saturday-Sunday. This role goes beyond maintaining the physical space—you will serve as a key point of contact in the lobby, monitoring activity, assisting guests and visitors, and supporting light front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, and comfortable using computers while delivering a high level of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entryways, and common areas
- Serve as a welcoming presence, greeting and assisting guests, visitors, and employees
- Monitor lobby activity and proactively offer assistance when needed
- Support check-ins and basic front desk functions as required
- Communicate with mail and delivery personnel; receive and organize packages
- Use computer systems to manage guest needs, log activity, and assist with operational tasks
- Assist individuals with basic issues (e.g., parking access, directions, or building navigation)
- Respond to questions, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to appropriate team members
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as trash removal, tidying, and restocking shared areas
- Comfortable and proficient with computers and basic systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay attentive in a dynamic environment
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks throughout the shift
