Manager of Enterprise

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Manager to lead and drive the Enterprise Applications team, a pivotal unit within our organization. This role focuses on harnessing the capabilities of Microsoft 365 technologies—including SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Power BI, and Power Pages—to deliver innovative and scalable solutions for the company. As a leader, the Manager of Enterprise Applications will take charge of overseeing the design, development, governance, and continual enhancement of business applications and portals, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and digital transformation initiatives.

In addition to technical expertise, this role requires strong leadership and people management skills. The Manager will head a dedicated team of developers, analysts, and administrators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. The Manager will also work closely with business stakeholders across departments to understand operational challenges and translate them into efficient digital solutions, ensuring that the applications and tools developed meet both immediate needs and long-term organizational objectives.

This position is essential in driving the adoption of modern workplace tools and maintaining the integrity, functionality, and security of enterprise applications. By managing the architecture of SharePoint, overseeing the lifecycle of Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and implementing both custom and out-of-the-box solutions, this role ensures that the Enterprise Applications team remains at the forefront of technological innovation and process optimization.

• Lead the development, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365-based solutions.
