Software Support Specialist
Join our team as a Software Support Specialist in the greater Portland, ME area for a contract opportunity. This hybrid onsite role offers a pay range of $50.00/hr - $56.00/hr, depending on skills and experience. Our benefits include healthcare (medical with HSA), dental and vision insurance, and a 401k plan.
Responsibilities:- At least 3 years of experience in software support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Basic IT skills such as networking, Windows support, and functional testing.
