Hei Tech Services is seeking an ON CALL - Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to assist USCIS applicants with biometrics collection in a government setting.
No prior fingerprinting experience is required as training is provided; candidates from customer service, administrative, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, and security backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Availability is on-call with no guaranteed hours, Monday to Friday 7:45am–4:15pm.
