We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to solve business challenges, develop actionable insights, and deliver data-driven solutions that influence leaders at all levels.

Campus-based, hybrid position that requires 3 days per week onsite.

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is required and experience with Python is a plus.
• Strong experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
• Experience with in the insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and emerging analytics technologies.
• Deep understanding of data profiling, data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with data warehouses, transactional databases, APIs, and modern data ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven storytelling.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop others.

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
