In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic
Position based at Epic’s campus in Madison, WI (relocation assistance provided). The role requires relocation.
Epic seeks an exceptional litigator and counselor to help navigate legal risks as the company expands. Responsibilities include managing litigation and regulatory matters and counseling Epic on competitive strategy. The scope of responsibility will grow with experience.

- 3–7 years drafting motions and briefs, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial experience. Competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Attention to detail, creative mindset, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and fully reimbursed.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
