Location: Portland, ME, 04101

• Represent clients in personal injury cases.

• Handle a diverse caseload, take depositions, argue motions, and represent clients in court trials.

• Utilize negotiation and litigation skills.

• Conduct legal research and stay current with relevant laws and precedents.

• Draft legal documents and communicate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

• Manage a caseload efficiently.

• Minimum of three years' experience in personal injury law.

• Juris Doctor degree.

• Admission to and good standing with the Maine state bar.

• Exceptional litigation and negotiation skills.

• Attention to detail, excellent research and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in legal research software and tools, such as Westlaw.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
