The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in private practice, with a focus on bankruptcy and restructuring. Additional experience in commercial litigation, finance, or a judicial clerkship is preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate outstanding legal and academic credentials, exceptional project management capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
