• Develop and execute a regional logistics strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations across the region.
• Manage 3PL relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure trade compliance and sustainability across logistics functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing logistics team.
• Proven experience in US logistics and supply chain leadership.
• Knowledgeable of import and export policies.
• Experience managing 3PLs and driving strategic supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Second language skills a plus.
