Owner’s project management firm seeks Project Managers for projects in Northern New England. Candidates will have over ten years’ experience managing building projects. This position will have responsibilities during the pre-construction, construction, and occupancy phases of their projects.

Candidates must have experience:

  • As a Project Manager responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts).
  • Managing projects with values of at least $15 million.
  • Managing projects on behalf of owners, either as employee or consultant.
  • Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules.
  • Administering design agreements and construction contracts.
  • Evaluating change orders for merit and value.
  • Utilizing electronic project management software.
  • Providing conceptual estimates.
  • Working closely with client personnel to successfully manage projects, including preparing regular reports and making presentations to senior management.

    • The Ideal Candidate s Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects for one or more Federal agencies.
  • Experience managing projects that involved meeting LEED and SITE criteria.

    • Experience working in remote locations.
