The Production Operator is responsible for working in a safe manner while complying with requirements established by Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) – a process of identifying potential food safety hazards, as well as other regulatory standards.

Portland, Maine

• Ensure label changes on machine are correct.
• Ensure the proper cap color and date code on bottles.
• Flush fillers.
• Take samples & test in the Quality Control Dept.
• Complete reports daily.
• 2nd shift is responsible for sanitation, hand cleaning and hoses, work with chemicals.

• Maintain physical conditioning sufficient to accomplish heavy lifting and climbing stairs multiple times per day.
• Use of hand tools and repetitive tasks.
• On feet 100% of time.
• 4-5 day work schedule.
