As a Mail Inserter Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting various operational functions—making sure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to produce efficient, accurate mail output while emphasizing safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do- Verifying order information and ensuring printed materials match customer specifications
- Operating mailing and inserting equipment efficiently to meet production goals
- Troubleshooting basic mechanical and printing issues to keep production running smoothly
- Setting up machines and handling product changeovers quickly and accurately
- Prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and production needs
- Maintaining logs of equipment performance and reporting any downtime or issues
- Keeping work spaces clean, organized, and safe
- Supporting handwork, scanning, warehouse, and office projects as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
