Opportunity Highlights:- Start Date: February 2026 contracts from 3 to 6+ months (extension options available)
- Schedule: 3640 hours/week; 10- or 12-hour shifts available (day shifts most common)
- Case Mix: General surgical, spinal anesthesia, neurosurgical, ventilation management
- Collaborative Model: Medical direction alongside physician anesthesiologists
- High-Volume Environment: 100+ surgical cases/day at a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Facility: State-of-the-art with 50 ORs, Epic EMR
- Exclusions: No OB, pediatrics, regional anesthesia, or open-heart cases

Candidate Requirements:- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA)
- Active ME license preferred (can support new applicants)
- BLS & ACLS required (PALS optional)
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Comfort with spinal and neuro cases (regional and OB excluded)
