OverviewMaine Health Maine Medical Center supports about 30 operating rooms, numerous off‑site locations (EP/cath lab, IR, MRI, endoscopy, etc.), and a 10‑OR outpatient Scarborough Surgery Center. CRNAs work in an anesthesia care team model alongside a private group of physician anesthesiologists covering pediatric, neuro, ortho, trauma, general, vascular, obstetric, urological, and thoracic cases.
Minimum Qualifications- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and APRN‑CRNA in the State of Maine.
- Graduated from an accredited nurse anesthesiology program (Council on Accreditation).
- Board certified as a CRNA by NBCRNA.
- Comprehensive understanding of procedures, equipment, and anesthesia administration across all ages, acuity levels, and case types.
- Certified in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
- Driven to continually improve clinical skills, bring a positive attitude, and contribute to our mission of working together to make our communities healthiest in America.
