American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU night shift position requiring a ME or compact license and at least 2 years of PICU experience.
Details- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
- 13-week contract on night shift, 19:00-07:30
- Uses Epic EMR
- Float policy requires floating within a 25-mile radius between facilities as needed
- Active RN license (ME or compact) required upon submission
- BLS and other AHA certifications required; non-AHA certifications accepted at submission but must be completed before start
- Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required
- Driver's License required for consideration
- 2 professional references required
- Candidates within 90 miles of any Maine Health facility are considered local, which may affect pay rate eligibility
- Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
- RTO should be minimized, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion
- Candidates who worked at any Maine Health facility within the past 12 months must disclose this upon application
- Air Pods, laptops, and cell phone use are prohibited on the unit
