As an Applebee's Cook, you will prepare menu items that keep customers coming back. You must be a great communicator, work well as part of a fast‑paced team, and enjoy working hard while having fun.

• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in a hot, damp kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and dining‑room staff.
• Follow portioning and presentation guidelines.

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent service.

• Ability to remain stationary and move slowly for up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a hot and damp environment.
• Strong finger and hand dexterity for using small tools.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings during entire shift.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies during entire shift.
• Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks during entire shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap during shift.
