What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Take orders and ensure accuracy with a personal touch
• Prepare and serve fresh food and beverages
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Build rapport with guests to keep them coming back

What We’re Looking For

• A cheerful, guest-first attitude
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in quick-service food (Panera, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks) is a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends and nights

Bistro Attendant Responsibilities Include

• Greeting Guests and taking their order
• Maintain knowledge of the Menu, hotel, and local area
• Cash Handling
• Preparing Food to order
• Make Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer and wine in PM
• Cleaning and Sanitizing food prep, service, and dining areas
• Courtyard by Marriott Downtown / Waterfront is a Maine Course Hospitality property
