Responsibilities- Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
- Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, solving problems and building trusted relationships.
- Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing deep training to determine the best pest solution.
- Prospect new business and take assigned leads, utilizing a robust advertising budget to generate leads.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
- Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
- Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad.

- Compensation ranging from $50,000 USD to $100,000 USD per year (base + commissions).

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company‑paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
- Consideration for all qualified applicants in compliance with applicable state and local laws.
- No experience required – we’ll train you.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
