The Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure that every guest's purchase experience yields an exceedingly high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate conducts consultative meetings with customers to provide an easy car-buying experience. Additional responsibilities include posting and responding to vehicle sales inquiries, prospecting, and developing potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and customer referrals. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9 am-6 pm / Saturdays, 9 am-5 pm / Sundays off, with 1 day off during the week.

• You treat all customers with a high degree of dignity to ensure that the purchase experience yields a very high level of customer satisfaction
• You have the drive to prospect and develop potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and customer referrals
• You have the proven ability to establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer and dealership-sponsored surveys
• You value the customer experience and possess the ability to discuss terms with clients in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining profit levels at or above company standards
• You thrive on staying informed and educated on all product model features and benefits

• Create an exceptional buying experience for every customer
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text; build relationships and generate new leads
• Stay informed on product features and benefits, and maintain manufacturer-specific training
• Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative approach while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
• Continuously grow your skills and meet performance goals

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Team player with a passion for taking care of the customer
• Responsive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• At least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
