The Extremities and Trauma Sales  Representative is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas withintheirteam’s assigned territory. Sales Representativesmustestablish, build , andmaintaincustomer relations through constant communication and in-person appointments. This position is specifically responsible formaintainingexpert knowledge ofthetrauma market and ourextremitiesandtrauma product portfolio. You will consultsurgeons in the operating roomregardingthe use of our implants and instruments.

Pre-existing knowledge and experience in thetrauma field is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory. Represent
Arthrex Maine an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products by working with surgeons and healthcare professionals. Arthrex isa global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics.

Increase territory results by building andmaintainingstrong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.

Communicate with current and new customer accountsregardinga variety of topics, including product updates, changes to productportfolioand educational programs.

Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.

Cross-selladditionalproducts or manage new product introductions as they become available.

Address any problems that ariseatthe account.

Support compliance and the principles of responsibility bymaintainingthe privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reportingnoncompliance; and adhering to applicable federal,stateandlocal laws and regulations, accreditationandlicenser requirements andcompany policiesandprocedures.

Receivecoaching,trainingor mentoringfrom sales manager; transfer knowledge topeers asneeded.

Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefit sand other critical business applications.

Collect competitive data and remain current on industry,customer and competitive trends.

Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.

Ability tolift upto 35 pounds on a regular basis.
