BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking a Development Scientist to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Maine. Join our team: advancing health, together.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Play a key role in providing antibody development and production services according to standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
• Completing all planned laboratory work required for projects within the team.
• Receive training in areas relating to antibody development and production services.
• Be expected to execute all process steps outlined in the SOP’s with minimal supervision.
• Documenting service work through service batch records.
• Generating customer documentation in the form of reports.

• Science based degree.
• Practical laboratory skills.
• Ideally demonstrable working experience within a laboratory environment, preferably in antibody development and production.
• Knowledge of immunology and analytical technique.
