At Goldfish Swim School, we provide top-notch swim lessons and great opportunities for our employees. We offer part-time hours, a set weekly schedule, and a growth track to develop your leadership skills. You can grow with us even if this is your after-school or second job.

We value our team members as the most important part of our success. No prior swim instructor or lifeguard experience is necessary, but you must know how to swim and have a passion for helping others, excellent customer service skills, and a fun personality.

• Prepare class materials and review lesson themes to ensure success.
• Teach 4 swimmers per class using a proven curriculum, with each lesson lasting 30 minutes.
• Communicate progress and celebrate achievements with parents and caregivers.
• Supervise lessons as a lifeguard when needed.
• Support swimmers through their progression from beginner to advanced levels.

• Shallow-water lifeguard certification courses.

• Availability for set lesson times: 4:00-8:00 PM weekdays, 8:30 AM-3:00 PM weekends.
• Arrive 15 minutes early for setup and meetings.
• Work the same scheduled days weekly.
• Be patient, genuine, and adaptable to each swimmer's needs.
• Possess customer service skills to interact with children and parents.
