Job Title:
Inventory Shipping and Receiving Associate Pay: $21 to $23 per hour
Hours:
8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

ASAP Looking for a hands‑on role in a clean, organized warehouse environment? Join a dedicated team in Portland as an Inventory Shipping and Receiving Associate and make a difference every day. As an Inventory Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll support efficient warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of products. You'll work closely with team members to keep things running seamlessly, playing a vital role in keeping the supply chain on track.
You'll Do
- Shipping and receiving products in a busy warehouse setting
- Organizing and storing incoming raw materials and finished goods
- Building pallets as needed for shipping
- Processing shipping and receiving paperwork accurately
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Supporting the packaging of outgoing products using environmentally friendly materials
- Using equipment like forklifts (training provided) to move inventory efficiently
- Ensuring all products are stored in proper locations
- Notifying team members about product arrivals and shipments
- Upholding safety standards with provided safety gear and tools
- A High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Ability to effectively operate a computer and use organizational software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver's license is required
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and follow safety procedures

This position is on‑site in Portland, ME, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with scheduled breaks.
