Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Job Title: Tax Manager
Salary: $120,000–$140,000
Location: Portland, OR (Remote
- Must be located in PST)
- Fully remote role with a Pacific Northwest–based team
- 5 weeks of paid time off in addition to 12 paid holidays and paid leave
- Leadership opportunity with autonomy and high visibility

- Review federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities
- Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely, accurate deliverables
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Collaborate with firm leadership on planning, workflow, and quality control
- Active CPA license required
- 2+ years of experience at manager level
- Experience with mid to large public accounting firms
