LOCATION: Portland Metro Area
SALARY: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (In-office)

- Client Interaction: Put your customer service and phone etiquette skills to use while managing account communications.
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately with correct GL coding
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding invoice or payment status
- Reconcile vendor statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and maintain invoice approval workflows
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding their accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Document and update internal accounting procedures as needed
- Complete other accounting-related tasks and projects assigned by management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of Quick Books Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables (Excel assessment required)
- Ability to use 10-key by touch
- Excellent customer service and client communication skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently
The position performs general office duties in a professional, temperature-controlled environment. Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods and use standard office equipment.
