• Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and consulting services for a diverse client base.
• Oversee preparation and review of complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Identify tax minimization strategies and provide proactive guidance to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior tax staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with leadership to improve tax processes and ensure quality deliverables.

• CPA or equivalent tax credential preferred.
• 3+ years of tax experience.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts.
