Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: $26-$35/hr, depending on experience Located in SW Portland (onsite)

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:Process accounts payable transactions, including purchase order and three-way matching. Support sales tax processing and employee expense reimbursements. Assist with accounts receivable activities as needed. Provide phone support and route parts-related customer inquiries. Partner with internal teams to resolve invoice, receipt, and pricing discrepancies. Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:At least 1 year of accounts payable experience. Experience with purchase orders and three-way matching. Quick Books Online experience strongly preferred. Experience with accounting systems and sales tax processing is a plus.
