On‑Site Only — Portland, OR (5835 NE 122nd Ave, near PDX Airport)
Part‑Time or Full‑time | Monday–Friday | 4-8 hours/day
The role involves providing administrative support to executive leadership, managing schedules, organizing travel and events, reviewing expense reports, and coordinating daily operations. The Executive Assistant will ensure efficient office management and communication, handling tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and calendars.
- Skills in preparing and managing Expense Reports and other financial administrative tasks.
- Strong Executive Support expertise, including handling confidential information and coordinating high‑level tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as document management and office organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, specifically Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
