Leasing Specialist
Join BRIDGE Housing Corporation as a Leasing Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves leasing and administrative support, requiring outstanding interpersonal and time‑management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Base Pay Range$20.00/hr – $22.00/hr
Responsibilities- Field phone calls regarding vacancies
- Show apartments
- Process applications
- Assist in recertification files
- Assist in administrative tasks in office
- Provide customer service to residents
- Strong sales skills
- Proven ability to work with diverse individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs;
Yardi experience is a plus - Ability to prioritize duties, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through
- Background in residential housing
- Knowledge of Tenant/Landlord & Fair Housing laws
- Bilingual
- Sense of humor
- Interest in real estate/property management and non‑profit work
