Service Coordinator
Pacifi Corp is seeking customer-centric candidates to grow and sustain our commitment to a culture of customer service excellence, environmental sustainability, inclusion & belonging. This role supports day‑to‑day operations at an electric utility.

Location: Portland, OR 97211
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
- Process paperwork for internal or external use across various work groups.
- Organize and maintain project data to assist management with reporting requirements.
- Assist other service coordinators as needed to meet team objectives and deliverables.
- Provide extended work shifts during emergency operations.
- High School or GED equivalent.
- Two years customer service experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi‑task.
- Pass a clerical aptitude test and a typing test at 30 WPM.
- Clear communication skills in person, in writing and over the phone.
- Three to five years of experience in a utility field operations environment.
- Two or more years of experience as a group or administrative assistant.
- Experience with SAP software and rapid learning of proprietary systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Accurate use of a 10‑key keyboard.
Hiring Range: $26.26 per hour
