Purpose
Support operations for NAM Talent to create world-class Talent processes and systems, enabling operating efficiencies and improving top/bottom line performance. Support the extended Talent team to create consistency and alignment with data, PPT and milestones to support the employee experience within adidas North America.
Key Accountabilities- Deliver talent analytics and insights by developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI
- Create and manage NAM Talent SharePoint to adidas North America
- Manage and participate in cross-functional projects as required
- Track and report on Champions Program, Early Careers TA and sourcing funnel performance, including request rates, partner engagement, and hire quality
- Support day-to-day operations by preparing presentations, organizing and assisting with meetings, and drafting clear email communications. Ensure materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time
- Provide administrative and logistical support for outreach events and talent brand activations
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently on projects and administration, applying appropriate administrative expertise and decision-making
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines
- Skilled in data analytics using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and other tools to clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources, enabling the creation of dynamic dashboards and actionable insights for decision-making
- Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Power Point
- Ability to make recommendations that effectively resolve problems by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation and state and federal law
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Four-year College or University degree preferred
- Minimum three (3) plus years related senior level administrative experience
- Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
