Student Worker

Administrative Support Position

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.

• Prepare and send program mail to participants.
• General office support
• Enter patient-level records of POLST and HERO Kids forms into the database/registry system.
• Ability to proofread carefully and identify potential discrepancies in data entered is required.

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
• Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Keyboarding proficiency and accuracy with a min of 50
  
  WPM.
• Strong composing, proofreading and editing skills – specifically the ability to proof read carefully and identify potential discrepancies in data entered.
• Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous data entry experience
• Previous experience working with electronic health records systems

Portland, OR Marquam Hill Campus;
Part-time variable 15-20hrs/wk between 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday
