Overview

Collision Parts Specialist - Tonkin Parts Center at Gee Automotive Companies. This role focuses on managing inbound sales calls and electronic orders for OEM collision parts, building long-term relationships with shop customers, and delivering accurate parts to professional customers in the collision industry.

• Assist Wholesale Customers: provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to wholesale clients to obtain required parts or accessories for vehicle repairs.
• Locate or order parts as needed to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Prepare and process invoices for parts for a customer base of over 4,000.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide accurate ETAs to customers.
• Process special order parts requests and follow up on back-ordered items.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Develop understanding of automotive parts and their applications; stay updated with industry trends and product developments.
• Provide technical guidance to customers in selecting the right parts and identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue.

• Prior
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience in a new car dealership parts department, or collision center parts department.

  Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and ordering platforms (CCC, OPS Trax, OEC

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; further certifications advantageous.

• Must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license; able to pass a criminal background check.

• Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
• Training wage:
  Up to 6 months at $4,200.00 - $5,000.00 (DOE) per month while learning; then Base Salary + Commission with potential for substantial earnings.
