** Parts Counter Person
** to join their team!  We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Counter Person to assist service technicians and team members in finding the appropriate accessories and order parts for repairs and upgrades to consumer vehicles.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Assist customers, technicians and sales consultants with their auto parts questions and needs, either in person or via the telephone
* Handle cash and other purchasing transactions
* Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up-to-date parts information
* Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
* Maintain stock of the parts department by assisting with shipping and receiving and will maintain the parts database.
* Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always

* Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* One or more years of experience in automotive parts department highly preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
** Total Target Compensation:** $72K-78K/annually (depending on experience)

* Schedule:

** Monday – Friday with the ability to work a rotating Saturday (approximately one Saturday a month)#LI-SS3
