- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals and performance targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including desking deals and managing CRM performance.
- Collaborate with finance and inventory teams to ensure smooth deal flow and accurate vehicle availability.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to continually refine team performance and dealership results.

- 3+ years of automotive sales management experience in a dealership setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
- Deep understanding of the automotive sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Proficient in desking deals, managing inventory, and working closely with the F&I department.
- Skilled in CRM platforms and desking tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
