What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports to exceed sales targets within the annual operating plan and foster professional growth; provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Drive sales strategy by developing and executing sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and optimizing sales channels to maximize revenue.
  • Establish KPIs, track team performance, and report sales metrics to senior management; use data‑driven insights to adjust sales plans proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and business expansion.
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and other teams to align sales initiatives with divisional objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress against goals, and report on pipeline health and revenue projections.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of sales experience with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.

Where You'll Work

This is a remote role. The territory includes the Western United States, with a preference for candidates located in that region.
