Job Title: Concierge
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Location: South Waterfront – Portland, OR
Schedule: Multiple full-time schedules available, including weekday and weekend shifts.
The Concierge team is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role supports day‑to‑day building operations by managing access, assisting residents through Building Link, and maintaining a welcoming front desk and lobby. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a busy high‑rise environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Full working knowledge of the condominium’s governing documents, rules, and regulations, and of the Building Link platform and other software used to support operations
- At the start of each shift, review Building Link for notes, updates on active issues, new announcements, and changes to reservations or calendars
- Open entry doors and greet residents, guests, and vendors; follow Building Link/Key Link security protocols for check‑ins, parking passes, key check‑outs, and delivery access
- Respond promptly to requests received in person, by phone, email, or via Building Link; refer items to the OCM or Facilities Engineer and confirm follow‑up is underway
- Monitor security cameras and follow up on incidents as directed by safety and security protocols; assist with reviewing recordings when needed
- Receive and log packages in Building Link, keep storage areas organized, assist with package pickup, and support residents with reservations, work orders, fobs, permits, ARC requests, and other services
- Document complaints, concerns, service issues, and incidents in Building Link or Incident Reports
- Enter shift notes in Building Link and communicate with the next shift before departing
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby; notify janitorial staff of urgent items or address small issues when feasible; report facility concerns through Building Link and follow emergency protocols - Assist the OCM with scheduling unit access, record‑keeping, preparing notices, maintaining calendars, tracking RSVPs, monitoring parking, and conducting fob and storage audits
- In the OCM’s absence, distribute emergency notifications through Building Link per direction from the facilities management company, Board or Committee Chairs, or governmental authorities; coordinate on‑site staff as instructed
- Perform other duties as assigned that fall within the scope of the position
