SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is hiring a Project Coordinator! The Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison for customers to identify project requirements and specifications, as well as administer and organize projects and support team members. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and possess outstanding customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain clear and efficient communication with customers and project stakeholders
- Oversee daily project activities, monitor status, conduct audits, and track work-in-progress
- Create preliminary estimates using estimating software
- Review and validate job site documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from start to finish
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
This role is primarily sedentary within a fast-paced office environment. Some filing may be required, which involves lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and occasional bending or standing. Successful completion of a background check is required, subject to applicable laws.
