Role SummaryThe Order Analyst at Tilray Beverages is responsible for managing and optimizing the order‑to‑cash process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. In addition to this core responsibility, the Order Analyst reviews distributor orders to confirm that inventory levels are maintained in alignment with target thresholds based on forecasted sales and anticipated depletions. By closely monitoring order quantities and collaborating with distributors, the analyst helps support efficient inventory management and ensures both product availability and supply chain integrity.
Compensation
: 50,000 - 55,000k annually
- Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze order trends, forecast demand, and identify potential issues or bottlenecks in the order management process.
- Ensure that distributors place orders on time and in the correct quantities by monitoring order patterns, providing guidance, and coaching distributors as needed to align with company inventory targets and policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, and logistics to resolve order discrepancies and expedite urgent requests.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, adjustments, and communications in the company’s order management systems.
- Manage and communicate reports on order fulfillment metrics, backorders, and distributor inventory levels to support management decision‑making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards related to order processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1‑3 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably in the beverage, food, or consumer goods industry.
- Ability to organize effectively and analyze data thoroughly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting and Power BI for data visualization.
- Experience with ERP and order management software is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
