Fire Restoration Specialist

24 Hour Flood Pros is a leading water and fire damage restoration company that assists individuals and families after fire damage. Restoration services are provided rapidly and compassionately to restore properties and peace of mind. A passionate and skilled individual to join the team as an Emergency Response Coordinator is being sought.

The Emergency Response Coordinator will be the initial contact for clients experiencing the devastation of a fire. The coordinator must provide clear guidance and act as a link between clients, insurance adjusters, and the restoration team. This is a high-energy role that requires communication and sales skills, with empathy for those in distress.

* $65,000-$90,000 BASE + COMMISSION

• Rapid Response:
  Respond promptly to emergency calls and arrive on-site quickly after fire department clearance.
• Client Consultation:
  Meet with property owners and explain the fire restoration process with compassion and understanding.
• Damage Assessment:
  Conduct initial site visits to evaluate the extent of fire and related damage.
• Sales & Service:
  Effectively communicate the value of services and secure project contracts.
• Customer Support:
  Provide customer service throughout the restoration process, addressing concerns and building trust.
• Coordination:
  Coordinate with the restoration team and manage project details efficiently.
• Relationship Building:
  Develop relationships with clients and insurance adjusters.

  Experience:
  
  Proven sales experience, preferably in the restoration or related service industries.
• Empathy and Compassion:
  Demonstrated ability to connect with individuals experiencing difficult situations and provide support.
• Excellent Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Restoration Knowledge:
  Familiarity with fire and water damage restoration services is a plus.
• Availability:
  Willingness to respond to emergencies 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License:
  Necessary for on-site visits.
• Physical Demands:
  Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
